JESSICA HOLLAND
Co-Founder and Director of Marketing, Share the Signal
Co-author, Breaking the Code of Grooming
Jessica speaks to parents, churches, schools and organizations about how grooming actually develops, and why recognition, not fear, is what changes outcomes.
A MARKETER WHO PUT THE SKILL SET TO A DIFFERENT USE.
Jessica Holland is a Chief Marketing Officer and fractional CMO based in Loveland, Colorado, where she builds marketing ecosystems for private healthcare and high-growth companies. Her professional work centers on clear positioning, visibility and the systems that build trust before a decision is ever made.
At Share the Signal she applies that same discipline to prevention. As Co-Founder and Director of Marketing, she has led the organization into new channels and launched the “Be the Force of Change” initiative, creating content that speaks directly to the grooming and manipulation tactics used against vulnerable young women.
She is the co-author, with Don “Sammy” Meredith, of Breaking the Code of Grooming, a book she describes as a book of recognition rather than a book of fear. That framing drives how she speaks: grooming is a pattern, patterns can be learned, and almost all of it happens before anything most people would call abuse.
She holds a CCMH credential, studied at Colorado State University, and was named first place Extraordinary Business Woman of the Year in 2026.

AUDIENCES
“We did not write this to scare parents. We wrote it because grooming is a pattern, and patterns can be learned. Attention, secrecy, isolation, emotional dependency, boundaries moved one inch at a time. Almost all of it happens before anything most people would call abuse.”
